Delhi Capitals (DC) might have lost their last match to Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on Tuesday, April 29, in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL 2025) season; however, off the field, their player Kuldeep Yadav was seen winning a mini battle with KKR batter Rinku Singh at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.
The playful incident occurred after the DC vs KKR game, during the customary interaction session between both teams. Kuldeep, as well as Rinku, share a great friendship, as both have known each other since their playing days for Uttar Pradesh in the domestic circuit. The DC bowler was seen playfully slapping Rinku two times in a light-hearted moment shared between the two players.

Sunil Narine the hero for KKR as defending champions keep playoff hopes alive
It is to be noted that KKR finally got back to winning ways after beating DC by 14 runs to keep their playoff hopes alive. For the defending champions, Sunil Narine played a starring role as he chipped in with four wickets. The southpaw's four-over spell proved to be a game changer as DC failed to close out the game.
Chasing a steep target of 205 runs, DC was well on course to hunt the target when Faf du Plessis and Axar Patel were at the crease. However, the game changed as soon as the latter was dismissed for a quick-fire 23-ball 43 runs to Narine. From there on, the KKR star chipped in vital breakthroughs as DC choked in a run chase. With this win, KKR has nine points, while DC is placed fourth on the IPL 2025 points table with 12 points.
